Building on our continued growth, we’re now the UK’s largest leisure social enterprise – and set for even greater success. We’re looking for experienced Instructors or Duty Managers or ambitious and talented Senior Recreation Assistants who are passionate about the leisure industry. Your own development is just as important, as we’ll train you to sharpen your skills in this diverse role.

If you’re a fast-thinker who’s calm under pressure, responsible and a natural with people from all walks of life, this is your chance to progress as a Lead Instructor. We also look for previous experience of working with groups and young people, integrity, a can-do attitude, health and safety knowledge, and a customer service focus, combined with relevant professional qualifications such as a Level 2 qualification in Outdoor Activities and First Aid (desirable).

All applicants must be available to attend a 5 day training course running from Monday 5/3/18-Friday 9/3/18 and 12th & 13th March 2018.
